A Friendly Geek will always charge the lower of either the flat rate or the hourly rate.  Payment is required at the completion of service. Cash or checks accepted. 

 

All hourly and flat rates below exclude parts and software (if required) unless otherwise noted.

 

* Flat Rate Examples:

Virus, spyware, and malware removal: $89

(Includes formatting the hard drive, reinstalling windows and installing free security software).  This is the only way to guarantee the removal of all malicious software.)

Data recovery from a crashed computer: $50 for up to 10GB.

Virus, spyware, and malware removal combined with 10GB of data recovery: $99

Dust removal from inside computer combined with any other service: $10

Security software installation and training (Includes free software): $50

Other flat rate pricing is available - call for details.   

 

* Hourly Rates:

First hour: $50 (Includes travel fee for normal service area)

Each additional quarter hour: $12.50

 

 

* Some "flat rate" services may require that we take your computer with us and return it a few days later.  The rates above apply only to our normal service area which includes portions of Douglas, Paulding, South & West Cobb counties. Service to other areas may be provided for an additional travel fee.
